Really, now, give ME a break. An oversimplification of the taxation. Great ready for a second grader though.

Actually, it would seem this review was WRITTEN by a second grader.
I just finished reading Mr. Forbes' book, and I think this is the best alternative to our current tax system that I have ever seen. As opposed to a VAT tax, which would/could be paperwork-intensive (and as a small business owner and employer, more paperwork does not interest me in the LEAST) this system WOULD be simple, and UNDERSTANDABLE and would close all the . . . loopholes that have plagued our system for so many years.
Make it simple, and enforce the law. This plan makes sense. It's too bad those in power have no political will to make it happen...

In only 158 easy pages, Flat Tax Revolution makes the clear and convincing case for a flat tax now. It is simple, easy, and optional. So, if you are into self-torture, you can keep the old IRS method. I am very confident that if we get the option, nearly everyone will choose this flat tax.
Oh, no, not the tax lawyers, complex estate planners, accountants and tax preparers; but their arguments are self-serving and phony. They can see you won't need them.
I filled out the Flat Tax report in 8 mins. with total confidence that I did it right!! And because of the generous personal deduction, my tax bill was far less than with the old, horrible way.
